This provides you with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email so you don’t have to wait in all day for your DPD parcel !! What's more, it enables receivers to watch the progress of their delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute time slot.
If you wish to reschedule, you can:

  • Select an alternative delivery date

  • Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour

  • Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop

  • Upgrade delivery to before 10:30, before 12, afternoon or a Saturday or Sunday

We dispatch all orders made before 2.00pm on a weekday (Monday-Friday) the same day using DPD or Royal Mail (DHL for international orders). You can choose from the options below which service you require

MULTIPLE ORDERS

Please note that due to the high volume of orders and changes in postal services our fulfilment team are no longer able to group multiple orders together and dispatch them to reduce postage costs.

Once placed the orders are picked in strict rotation and prepared for dispatch and collection.


We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


POSTAGE / SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

International orders are sent via DHL signed for service at the flat rate cost of £15 for weights up to 2kg (we are unable to send parcels that exceed 2kg due to postage restrictions - if your parcel exceeds 2kg we will contact you)

International orders may be subject to your own countries import charges based on your destination, as those exempt from paying UK tax on products will be liable for their own import tax. This is the responsibility of the customer to check and pay the relevant import tax.


DHL INTERNATIONAL PARCEL GUIDE

All our Tracking and Signature services aim to deliver to Western Europe within 2-5 working days, Eastern Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days.

(Please note this is a guide supplied by DHL and is not a guaranteed time frame - we find many of our clients in USA and Canada tend to arrive between 10 and 14 days as an average. Items will not be deemed late/missing/lost until 25 working days have passed since postage.


RETURNS

We have a no quibble 14 day return policy so that you can return any UNUSED goods to us for either exchange or refund. After 14 days a credit note will be issued. Please return items using a fully traceable delivery service such as Royal Mail special delivery or signed for service.

Routes can not be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us. Exchanges will incur no extra postage charge as we will pick up the bill to help you find the correct product. We cover the cost of a next day up to 5pm service. If you require a faster service you can opt to pay the difference to upgrade this.

PLEASE NOTE: products must be returned in the same unused condition as you received them, with no extra folds to packaging how it was delivered. Damaged/over folded packaging will incur a 10% reduction in refund as we will need to pay to re package such items. Any unsaleable items will be returned to sender.
