We dispatch all orders made before 5pm on a weekday (Monday–Friday) the same day. No orders are dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to your order or stop the order from being processed. However, you may return any unused goods within 14 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.

Please note that due to the high volume of orders, our fulfilment team is no longer able to group multiple orders together. All orders are picked in strict rotation and prepared for dispatch and collection exactly as the order contents are listed.



LATE OR LOST ORDERS

Delivery times are quoted in good faith, we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries. In the case of a guarenteed timed delivery arriving after the specified time frame we will reimburse the cost of the delivery to you.

On the rare occasion that a delivery fails to arrive due to our courier service we will not be able to send out any replacement goods until the original parcel has been confirmed as lost in transit. This can take up to 30 days.

you agree to our courier delivering through a letterbox or in a safe space.
By selecting the above services that include Safe Space or Letterbox delivery, you agree to take full responsibility for the items once the delivery confirmation is in place. This means that once the package is confirmed as delivered to your address safe space location or letterbox, Routes Hair Extensions is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the items. Please ensure that the order address is correct, as no claims can be made for items that go missing or are damaged after delivery confirmation.



POSTAGE / SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

International orders are sent via signed for service at the flat rate cost of £20 for weights up to 2kg (we are unable to send parcels that exceed 2kg due to postage restrictions - if your parcel exceeds 2kg we will contact you)

International orders may be subject to your own countries import charges based on your destination, as those exempt from paying UK tax on products will be liable for their own import tax. This is the responsibility of the customer to check and pay the relevant import tax.


RETURNS

IMPORTANT
The returns terms and conditions set out below apply solely to individuals purchasing goods for their own use. If you are buying goods for your business, salon or for the purpose to apply them to another individual in the course of your work, it is a business to business transaction and as such is exempt from Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly Distance Selling Regulations). Business to Business terms are for those holding a Trade Account or using a trade code. For B2B (Trade) returns please see section “Business to Business returns” further down the page.

We have a no quibble 14 day return policy so that you can return any UNUSED goods to us for either exchange or refund. All items must be returned with a tracking number and proof of postage. This must be kept safe by you the sender until the return is accepted and processed.
Routes can not be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us and are not obligated to process an exchange or refund when we do not receive returns. We do not refund for any costs associated with the return of any items being sent back to us.

PLEASE NOTE: All returns must be returned in fit for resale purpose. For hygiene reasons, we can not accept any products back that have been worn or removed from the gold ties/hygiene tags and the item(s) must be returned in its original packaging. By removing any gold ties/hygiene tags from products, the purchaser is accepting that they have received the goods, they are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. It is therefore important that the product is fully checked before being applied.

Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of the Returns Policy or deemed unsaleable will be returned to you and you will be liable for the return postage of re-sending the returned goods back to yourself. Where return postage cost of unacceptable goods is not made within 30 days we will dispose of any said items.

Business to Business Returns: Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly Distance Selling Regulations) DO NOT apply for Business to Business contracts (Trade Accounts). Business Customers are defined as Sole Traders, Partnerships, Limited companies etc purchasing products from Routes hair extensions Ltd.
Routes will not issue refunds for Business to Business transactions unless the products are faulty upon delivery (please see terms and conditions under faulty goods). In the unlikely event that Routes despatched incorrect goods we will offer an exchange or credit note. For unwanted/no longer needed items you may return goods for exchange or credit note to use against any goods at Routes.
