Routes applies strict quality control at every stage of production. At source, specialists inspect hair to ensure it meets Luxury Hair standards.

During processing, the factory performs testing after each bleaching or colouring stage to confirm cuticle integrity and minimal damage. Hair that fails inspection is removed immediately.

After processing, the hair is drawn to remove shorter or loose strands. Inspectors then confirm thickness ratios and shade accuracy against the official colour ring. Once the clip-in pieces are assembled, each piece and pack is weighed to ensure full gram accuracy.

When the hair reaches the Routes warehouse, the team repeats checks for colour match, weight and length. Anything that fails inspection is returned to the factory and never reaches picking stations.
