Please contact us prior to sending your exchange.
Please ensure your details are entered correctly. Including the original order number that the exchange relates to aswell as the products you wish to exchange to in the “notes” section at checkout.
Exchanges take 2-3 working days from us receiving your return to your new products being dispatched (subject to stock availability). We do endeavour to action this as fast as we can.
By selecting this option and filling in your details and original order details along with the items you wish to receive as your exchange this will ensure your exchange is within the time frame stated of 2-3 working days.
Without this information your exchange could be delayed.
Please note: ONLY SELECT ROYAL MAIL 3-5 days if the value of your exchange is under £50. Otherwise we will be unable to send until you select one of the other options.
