Whether your shade match isn’t quite right or you need to swap for something different, our team is here to help you organise your exchange quickly and smoothly.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to return your items to us for an exchange. All items must be unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale to be eligible.
To arrange an exchange, please contact our team first via email at info@routeshair.com to let us know about your exchange request.
Once you’ve contacted us, we will guide you through the exchange process and send you a download and print return form to include inside your parcel, along with confirmation of the next steps for sending your items back.
You’ll then return your parcel using a courier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for your protection.
Once your return is on its way back to us, simply add “Exchange” to your basket to select your preferred Routes delivery service for your replacement item to be sent to you.
Once we receive your returned parcel, exchanges are processed within 1–2 working days, subject to stock availability. We always aim to complete exchanges as quickly as possible so your new items reach you without unnecessary delay.
You may return your exchange products using any courier and service of your choice. For peace of mind, we recommend selecting a fully tracked and insured delivery service.
For your replacement item, you’ll then choose from our full range of Routes delivery services at checkout. If your exchange is time-sensitive, we do offer a next working day guaranteed delivery option.
Once your returned products have been received and checked by our team, your new items will be dispatched within 1–2 working days, provided your selected postage method has been added and purchased.
To avoid any delays in processing your exchange, you must include either your downloaded and printed return form, or a handwritten note containing the required information if you don’t have access to a printer.
Without this information, your exchange may be delayed while our team works to correctly identify your return.
